Sour cream, egg yolks... I had to figure
out subs for all
of that, so what I ended up with was a far cry from the original
recipe, and yielded me a batch
of absolutely delicious, delicate, chocolatey cupcakes, which completely sunk in the middle and crumbled as

They were absolutely delicious in all my fresh tomato

What I do is this... I try to keep my personal tastes and values at the forefront
of my mind while browsing (e.g., I'm a dietitian, so even if something looks super awesome in the picture, if it's deep - fried and uses 2 cups
of butter, I try to give it a pass)... I also keep lots
of different boards, so that I can keep all the stuff I pin well - organized (e.g., I don't have a «Dessert» board — I have a «Cookie» board, a «Biscotti» board, a «Cake» board, etc.)... and finally — when something truly catches my eye on Pinterest, I print the
recipe out right off and try it as
soon as possible — within the next few days, if I can!

I prepare Ragi Idli using even Ragi Rava but today I am posting the
recipe of idli dosa batter using ragi flour which can be used to make both idli and dosa.I usually prefer to make a spicy chutney to go along with ragi idli and dosa to balance the distinct flavor
of ragi.However I like the ragi idli using ragi rava instead
of ragi flour because
of the usage
of the rawa that gives the idli a better texture and softness, I will post that version sometime
