out good,» so I came
here and found this one, and then proceeded to ask my husband to accompany me to the store at midnight.

Here's what I changed: I used a 15 - oz can
of pumpkin (not pie filling — just pumpkin puree) in place
of the bananas; I swapped
out the spices for about 1 tsp each
of cinnamon and ginger, and mixed those in with the pumpkin first; I opted for the larger volume
of maple syrup from the original
recipe, as the pumpkin wouldn't contribute sweetness the way the bananas do; I baked the batter as a dozen standard muffins, which took about 20 minutes at 350.

Out of respect for the author, I will not reprint the

However, there's a whole big world
of cooks
out here and we all have different ideas about
recipes.
I had to make two adjustments to the
recipe: I could not find creme de coco or coconut extract
here in the UK, so I reduced a can
of coconut milk and sugar to 1 cup and used that instead
of the creme and the 1/4 c
of water, and it came
out to the right consistency.

Hi Ali, I would do it similarly to how I do my gingersnap cookie crust, and the
recipe for that is
here: https://www.fifteenspatulas.com/2012/02/23/mini-cheesecakes-with-gingersnap-crust-and-raspberry-sauce/ Basically, what you do is pulse graham crackers in the food processor until it's ground up into a fine crumb, then you mix in a few tbsp
of melted butter (3tbsp per cup
of ground crumbs), and then you can press it
out into your pan.
