Outdoor antennas can also be
mounted onto decks or on poles in the ground, if your rooftop is not an option.
If you need an
outdoor antenna, though, it'll take a bit more work to install — you'll likely have to use a ladder to climb up and
mount it to the roof or side of the house using the included hardware.
However, if you know you won't need to
mount an
antenna outdoors, the Mohu Leaf Metro is a better choice because it's less expensive, more compact and easier to conceal on a wall or window.
