I'm currently in the market for a more compact camera
because the size and impracticality of my DSLR really dissuades me from taking
outfit photos, plus I'm looking to travel more so a compact camera is essential.
Yesterday I already showed you my new Schutz shoes and
because of the nice comments on these golden mules, on my blog and on instagram (@RedReidingHood), I immediately decided to take

Sometimes I will shoot an
outfit and realize it looks completely different in
photos than real life (confirmed by people who saw me in real life) and don't blog it
because it's not the most flattering or something is off.
This all being said, I have some fun holiday
outfits coming up for you on the blog — and then likely will take a little
outfit photo hiatus, or at least enter a lull, during winter
because 30 degrees is just too darn cold to be traipsing around without a coat, and I only own so much cute outwear.
I think that even if you are not the kind of person to always have every week planned the same from morning until night, certain rituals — daily traditions I would call them — are important

because of the added bonus of having so many cool people to chat with for the few hours it took).

photos of this easy travel

outfit was photographed by my mother, and there are only a few
photos because she couldn't handle my camera well, and I didn't want to bother her more.
And I did get quite a few stares when we took
photos of a summer
outfit just some days before Christmas
because the light was perfect!
So we naturally took some quick
outfit photos before going in to shop,
because I seriously love this place as a background of my
photos.
Lol, my thoughts about them
because I see more posts with fashion books on coffee tables or used as an accessory in
outfit photos than I see posts about actually reading them.
Sometimes, when I'm in public, I'll ask my boyfriend to take my
photo because I like my
outfit and then I'll see people glance a bit and I'll get nervous.
Have you ever planned on taking
outfit photos on a particular day then the weather messes up your plans and you end up taking the
photos indoors without good lighting and space
because that is really the only time you have?
This was
because I took a few
photos of
outfits for ModCloth's Style Gallery and they seemed to go over well on the site, and I really enjoyed taking the
photos and putting the
outfits together.
Anyways, after hours of contemplating on forgetting these
outfit photos, i decided to upload the
photos because someone out there might need an inspiration on styling the modern pinafore.
I technically did wear it in the winter once, but I don't count it
because I never actually wore that
outfit anywhere except in my living room for
outfit photos, lol (oh how naive I was when I first started blogging).
I, myself chose the quilted crop top and Wattle skirt
because I thought it would make for the perfect opportunity to sneak into the quarry across the road and snap some
outfit photos.
I'm trying to blog, but I often feel very insecure when I read successful blogs like yours and others
because I struggle to find someone to take
photos of me and to buy a brand new nice camera for my
outfit posts.
But I remember it really showed the power of her fans
because Mindy posted an Instagram
photo of herself in the
outfit [before the episode aired].
Or we need to take this
outfit photo before we start to enjoy the day,
because my hair is going to go flat and my clothes are going to get wrinkly.
Omg, I've yet to take
outfit photos indoors
because I can't get the lighting right.
I've been loving my white sneaks for quite a while now and the switch out of the white laces for black struck me as a great way to connect the shoes to the
outfit (even if I had to borrow them from my real trainers for the
photos because I forgot to buy new laces in time for the
photo shoot).
I forced my dad to take my
outfit photos -
because I planned to, and high places are the best!

I waited several months to post this
