So many times I've been editing my own
outfit photos for the blog and thinking to myself that if only people would know what happened before or after those photos were shot.
Anyways, here I am today with an outfit post - I have been itching to get some Fall
outfit photos for the blog, but seriously every time I try, something goes wrong - mainly the weather not cooperating.
Whenever I do
outfit photos for the blog it sparks interest from a certain small person, who tries to muscle in on the action.
You know you're a blogger when... you put on a super cute outfit with the plans of getting
outfit photos for your blog and then BOOM!
Quick story, my sister, Erica, is a dance instructor, and she also takes the majority of
the outfit photos for my blog.
When I'm not shooting
outfit photos for the blog or baking a new recipe, you can find me listening to country music, trying a new restaurant with my husband or working out (yoga classes are my fav).
I'm hoping I have time this weekend to take
some outfit photos for the blog (although the weather is not going to be particularly cooperative).
Not only
outfit photos for my blog or for her business but also just of things in nature.

Now I'm always doing something
blog related, even on the weekends (take
outfit photos, prepare my Sunday email, edit
photos for Monday's post, weekend Instagram posts, etc).
I was saving up

for you guys in case I have to take a hiatus from the
blog I could still post some
outfits but Ive decided to change...
I love dressing up as much as the next person, but my Sundays tend to involve a mix of brunch,
blog photo shoots, post writing, running errands, and cooking
for the week so I'm always looking
for a cute
outfit that go from brunch to the coffee shop to the grocery store without missing a beat.
I started my
blog a couple of months ago and now I'm a bit more into the swing of it I want to start looking at how to improve and what I want to achieve, so there's loads
for me to think about here:) My favourite posts of your are
outfits, blogging tips and career tips — particularly when you combine
outfit photos with writing about work / career!
They provide inspiration and escapism in the bucket loads and I just love the variety it brings to my favourite
blogs (including my own), seeing holiday
outfits, restaurant guides and generally just beautiful
photos for some serious escapism.
This all being said, I have some fun holiday
outfits coming up
for you on the
blog — and then likely will take a little
outfit photo hiatus, or at least enter a lull, during winter because 30 degrees is just too darn cold to be traipsing around without a coat, and I only own so much cute outwear.
It has been a little while since I posted on here, after a little break
for many reasons I have decided to get back to it and start fresh with new content, a bit of a personal twist to the
blog, instead of just adding
photos of various
outfits I would like to add...
During the day a blogger could be running to multiple shows, scrambling to squeeze through the crowds to snap those coveted
photos for coverage
for their
blogs, taking
outfit posts, hailing down cabs, grabbing the subway to make it to the many events or meetings each day brings and much more.
My
blog anniversary is coming next week, and I have an even better
outfit post planned, but
for now I leave you with these

outfits «blogworthy» because even if a camera never comes out to take a

blog... well, it makes you feel better and more confident about yourself and that is important.
