This was actually one of
those outfits I planned in my head but the end result was way better than I imagined - love it when that happens!
Anna and I leave next Friday and for the past couple of weeks I've been doing nothing but
outfit planning in my head!
I chose an all black look because, well, I was rushing and didn't like
the outfit I planned in my head (Ladies, let this be a reminder to always try your outfit on a few days before the occasion.)

As my days right before Milan were so busy, late evenings were the only time I was actually able to think about my
outfits — one night I sat down and made a written
plan of all possible looks from
head to toe, having no idea if what I had
in mind would even look okay.
From there it was all downhill... Now I am
planning fall
outfits in my
head and dreaming of pumpkins.
So many times I have an
outfit planned out
in my
head only to realize that... it's either way too dull or just not practical for that day.
So rather than waking up earlier or
planning my
outfits out the night before (cause ain't nobody got time for that) my steps two, three, and four for fashion success are to stock my closet with cute t - shirts, put them
in an easy - to - reach place (for the mornings I get dressed before I have coffee — yikes), and then walk out the door with my
head held high because I'm wearing a «stylish» tee and therefore I look good (or at least this is what I tell myself).
I've already
planned out several different
outfits in my
head using these pieces.
But I do confess, I started
planning Hannah's holiday
outfits in my
head the other... haha oops!
I had kind of
planned the
outfits in my
head in advance, so I opted to wear my ballet flats for the first travel day and ankle boots for the last.
Funny, I was just
planning out what I was going to wear to
head to London and your
outfit was pretty much what I had
in mind..!
I've had this
outfit planned out
in my
head for over a year.
Starting my capsule and investing
in higher quality items that I wanted to wear all the time helped some, but it was always a voice
in the back of my
head when I was
planning outfits.
