MPs last night approved the sexual orientation regulations, voting to
outlaw discrimination against gay people by business and service providers.
Members of the Religious Right, including Bill McCartney, were the primary sponsors of «Colorado's Amendment 2,» which struck down the statute
outlawing discrimination against gays, which was itself struck down by the Supreme Court last June.
