What I'm seeing now it's gotten out of hand and we say we want the government out of our business but if these scam artists continue to fleece hard working people then it want be much longer when the government will step in and the reason you see states outlawing certain practices.

My experience is that the government tends to create blanket laws that outlaw certain practices that are legitimate just because there are illegitimate operators in the market.
