The following table shows the total number of shares of the Company's common stock that were subject to outstanding restricted stock unit awards granted under the 2003 Plan, that were subject to
outstanding stock options granted under the 2003 Plan, and that were then available for new award grants under the 2003 Plan as of September 28, 2013 and as of November 11, 2013.

regarding outstanding stock options and restricted stock units as well as shares reserved for future issuance under the foregoing plans as of January 31, 2016:
Outstanding stock options and share purchase warrants will also be adjusted by the forward split ratio, and the respective exercise prices of outstanding stock options and share purchase warrants will be adjusted accordingly.
The weighted average exercise price is calculated based solely on
the outstanding stock options.
Consists of (i) 9,809,637 shares of Class C capital stock to be issued upon exercise of
outstanding stock options and vesting of outstanding GSUs that were distributed as a dividend to the issued and outstanding Class A stock options and GSUs in April 2014 in connection with the Stock Split; and (ii) 11,913,110 shares of Class C capital stock to be issued upon conversion of GSUs that were granted under our 2012 Stock Plan during 2014.
As of June 30, 2015, there was $ 178.6 million of total unrecognized compensation cost related to
outstanding stock options and restricted stock awards that is expected to be recognized over a weighted average period of 3.51 years.
We intend to file one or more registration statements on Form S - 8 under the Securities Act to register all shares of Class A common stock subject to
outstanding stock options and Class A common stock issued or issuable under our stock plans.
