chickpeas out on a rimmed
baking sheet
and pop into the
oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until crisp.
Pour
chickpeas back on lined
baking sheet
and return to the
oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until caramelized.
Bake in the
oven for ~ 25 - 30 minutes until the
chickpeas and carrot pieces are golden, removing the pan from the
oven halfway through to remove the garlic clove
and stir the carrots
and chickpeas.
I see a lot of recipes for
oven baked crispy
chickpeas, which are delicious
and that I love... But it seemed a bore (
and time intensive) to turn on the
oven just for the
chickpeas, so I decided to panfry them instead.

Preheat the

Bake in the
oven for 20 minutes until crispy
Fold the zucchini ribbons over the top of the
chickpeas, put the «lid» of the capsicum on
and bake in the
oven for about 20 to 25 minites or until the capsicums look cooked.
Preheat the
oven to 400 degrees F. Spread the
chickpeas and broccoli in a single layer on a large
baking sheet, keeping the broccoli to one side (you will chop it more later).
These broccoli bites are made with
chickpea flour
and baked in the
oven to avoid deep frying
and preserve most of the nutrients in this amazing vegetable.
While the
oven heats, prep a
baking pan with parchment paper
and drain / rinse
chickpeas.
