Place the olive oil into a large 6 - quart Dutch
oven and set

and spread evenly with a spatula, then season lightly with sea salt 7) Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola gently (to make sure all sides are cooked) 8) At this point, you may need to switch the baking sheets (if you are using 2) so the granola cooks evenly 9) Bake for another 15 minutes, then stir again, before cooking for a final 15 minutes or until golden brown 10) Remove granola from the
oven and place on cooking racks until completely cool
and crisp 11) Store granola in air - tight containers at room temperature.
(My note: I melted the chocolate in the microwave
oven,
and skip the step on
placing the bowl of melted chocolate
over a pan of warm water).
Once done, remove from the
oven and allow to cool in the pan about 20 minutes
and then run a knife around the edge of the pan,
place a cooling rack on top
and carefully flip the whole thing
over so the cake falls out onto the cooling rack.
Remove from
oven and cool for about 30 - 40 minutes before slicing, otherwise you'll have the hot filling running all
over the

Place the pork cubes on a rack
over a baking sheet
and bake in the
oven for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is quite crisp.

and the middle is no longer wiggly, but be careful not to

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese
over the quinoa
and broccoli
and place back in the
oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Pour or brush 1/7 of the glaze
over the ham
and place in the preheated
oven, brushing with glaze every 30 minutes.
Turn steaks
over and place skillet into preheated
oven; cook 13 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.
Place the cured, rinsed salmon in a medium
oven - safe saucepan or casserole (the salmon shouldn't touch the edges of the pan)
and pour enough olive oil
over the salmon to barely submerge it.
Spread provolone cheese
over pizza
and place in
oven.
10 minutes before you remove the cake from the
oven prepare the topping:
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan
