Oven roasted cauliflower paired with juicy baby tomatoes and fresh basil makes for a beautiful healthy salad!
I also
oven roasted the cauliflower because, well, I'm a little lazy.

Any one else sometimes confuse cauliflower with popcorn and mimic that same eating style with faced with a large tray of heavenly scented

oven, but I also like to smoke it for a much more intense flavour.
Transfer to the
oven and
roast, stirring occasionally until the tempeh is browned and the
cauliflower is tender, 24 to 28 minutes.
Place the
cauliflower in a
roasting pan and into the
oven for 1.5 hours until browned all over and tender when a skewer is inserted.
Spread the seasoned
cauliflower onto the prepared baking tray and place in the
oven to
roast for 30 - 40 minutes.
If you are
roasting in an
oven, transfer the
cauliflower and foil to a baking tray and place in hot
oven.
