Quite a few of my earlier recipes I did not have a convection oven so that's why those recipes did not post
an oven temp for convection.

the oven temp for 350 degree.

I found the
oven temp was too high, at 180 they start to burn quickly so I cooked my second batch at 160
for 15 mins and that fine.

oven temp, it should be 375F, so please make that correction when you make this dish.
