over a breakfast of spelt English muffins from Model Bakery, four different yogurts and just as many jams, my attention was drawn to a brick - sized salt cellar that she'd placed on the table.
But I'd been thinking about them for years, knew my heroine Addie Maine as well as if we'd met every day
over a breakfast of venison and hard coffee.
We've had farmers and their cow herds passing by the front gate, a guy with a horse and cart gave us a lift to town, and the woman next door brought
over a breakfast of rice and beans cooked on a traditional open fire.

Seems like a good choice
of breakfast for when we have family in town
over the holiday!
It's like having a full
breakfast in the palm
of your hand, and one that will hold you
over for several hours.
Thankfully I had had a large bowl
of oatmeal for
breakfast so didn't get hungry until the end
of my appointment, but I definitely thought about how nice it would have been to have one
of these Date Pecan Energy Bites in my purse to hold me
over!
Unfortunately, we all sat down together to eat
breakfast on the same side
of a rickety picnic table that had seen better days, and the picnic table toppled
over, practically in slow motion... our pancakes flew through the air and landed on top
of us, along with everything else that was on the table.
I was thinking that a little
of this plus some almond milk would be great drizzle
over steel cut oats as a sweet
breakfast!
I looked
over different boxes in earnest, but with no concept
of the difference between Earl Grey and Rooibos or English and Irish
breakfast tea, it all felt as foreign to me as the new country I was in.
Grandma cooked us a big
breakfast of fried eggs
over easy, buttery grits, and slices
of toast.
Move
over bland baked oatmeal
of yesteryear, this Pineapple Pistachio Baked Oatmeal with Medjool Dates & Coconut will take your love
