over the sweater dress is also great because it allows you to adjust your look throughout the day depending on the temperature.
You can simply throw it over a mini dress teamed with strappy flat sandals, or

They look COZY but extremely impractical (the only outfit I can see these functioning with would be a tight long sleeve shirt, with a vest / sleeveless coat

over your favorite spring skirt (mine obviously being this white skater skirt — I am slightly obsessed with skater skirts if you weren't aware:p) Personally, I feel that a v - neck
sweater is flattering on just about everyone and can be
dressed up or down depending on the occasion — paired with a skater skirt (ideal for those who have #LegsForDays or those who just enjoy not wearing pants... aka M E!) LOL!
