Add the oranges, fennel, and olives to the bowl with the dressing; gently toss them to coat lightly with dressing and

After grilling the chicken (I used deboned and skinless chicken breasts) I sliced it and served
it over arugula.
I added more sherry vinegar and olive oil at the end to make it a bit «saucier» and served
it over arugula and watercress.
I served
