over medium - high heat, seasoned to taste with granulated kelp (
in place of salt) liquid smoke to taste 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley Optional garnish: a teaspoon of fresh minced parsley and a tiny pinch of Old Bay seasoning per bowl
Serve
over baked sweet
potatoes and store the rest of the pesto
in an airtight container
in the refrigerator.
While the
potatoes are
baking, slice and sauté the mushrooms
in 1 Tbsp olive oil
over medium - low heat for 8 - 10 minutes.
Step 5: Dump mixture onto a
baking sheet and drizzle the remaining olive oil
in the bowl
over the
potatoes on the
baking sheet.
For example, I fell
in love with the cauliflower and cheddar soup (seriously run out NOW and get this) so I might even make this into a yummy pasta sauce
