You could try using the left
over almond pulp in a
pasta sauce or soup — there's an almond soup recipe
on the site you could use, just replace some of the blanched almonds with your left
overs x
I love them raw sliced
over mashed avocado
on toast, chopped into quinoa and
pasta bowls, cooked down into soups and pureed into sauces.
Not only do they look stunning sitting
on their own
on an appetizer platter at any spring party, but they taste amazing
over top
pasta of any kind.
Use herb butters
over the winter to spread
on fresh bread, finish sauces, melt
on pasta, vegetables, or potatoes.
You can use any extra cheese you have for snacking,
on sandwiches, shredded
over scrambled eggs, cubed in salads or stirred into
pasta.
I love creamy mushroom sauces — they're delicious with chicken, veal,
pastas, and even
on their own
over rice or mashed potatoes.
I don't know what to do with the Apple ones yet but the Sun - dried Totmato & Basil were great
on a bun one night - and the left
overs added to some
pasta the next night.
While my days of frequenting Olive Garden are
over, my love of the concept of cheesy
pasta baked with more cheese
on top has remained.

I have been making this Homemade Pesto recipe lately
on a weekly basis to go
over pasta, served alongside grilled chicken or shrimp or as a topping to fresh salmon.
For the Left
Over Pesto: I've been using it
on avocado sandwiches,
pasta, and cucumber salad is a hit!.
You can spread it
on some toast or use it as a
pasta sauce, you could even have it
over rice (i tried an highly recommend!)
And then,
on Memorial Day, we grilled

Serve the chicken and sauce
over your noodles (or zoodles) right away OR ALTERNATIVELY... if you are using the «cheese» recipe, transfer the
pasta, chicken, then sauce into a casserole dish and spoon some of the «cheese»
on top
Then as I started reading blogs, I kept finding recipes
over recipes containing peanut butter, not only sweet recipes but also
pasta, spreads, soups and so
on.
Sprinkle with parsley then spoon plenty of the sauce
over the
pasta, and lay a chicken breast
on top.
Anyway, today I'm sharing this recipe for
pasta frittata with baby bella mushrooms and broccoli rabe
over on Healthy Aperture for my monthly Food Rx column.
I ran out of
pasta and ate the left
over sauce
on some brown rice, chickpeas and green peas.
Kale and other hardy bitter greens often get sauteed with bacon, garlic, and chili flakes and then served
over polenta or
pasta with a couple of fried eggs and sometimes some cheese
on top.
Pour the sauce
over the
pasta in the pot and mix together until evenly coated (reserving a few tbsp of sauce to pour
on top before cooking).
I couldn't find my big metal steamer, so I rigged one using a metal strainer suspended
over a large
pasta pot with a lid
on.
I always keep a couple jars of this
on hand in our pantry for quick
pasta nights, or to serve
over steamed veggies.
Toss with sautéed green beans, serve
on salads, or sprinkle
over pasta.
While the menu started off simply and focused
on pizza, the offerings grew
over time to include a full selection of
pastas and main courses, many of them healthier items.
Ideal
over pasta or chicken with easy instructions
on storing leftover portions.
Delicious with eggs,
on sandwiches,
pasta, spread
over chicken or fish.
Serve the sauce
over your
pasta of choice cooked al dente with the meatballs served
on the side.
Serve the sauce
over pasta to start the meal, and offer the meatballs
on the side as the main course.
I served Brandon's
over pasta but had mine
on its own along with a salad.
There was so much creamy pesto that we used the left
overs in a round 2 recipe of your yummy tempeh crumbles
on pasta with the pesto.
Method: Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees F Cook lentils according to the package, typically 3 cups of water to 1 cup of lentils Meanwhile, toast the walnuts for 5 - 7 minutes and set aside Sauté the onions and mushrooms until the onions are translucent Add the nuts, lentils, onion mixture into a food processor and pulse until combined Add the salt, nutritional yeast and gf bread crumbs and continue to pulse until a crumble texture is formed Spoon out a scoop of the lentil and nut mixture and roll with your hands to form a ball, continue until all the mixture is used, placing about 2 inches apart
on a baking tray Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until a slight crust forms Serve
over pasta, top with your favorite sauce!
Next up
on my must - have - soon list was an
over the top cheesy
pasta dish, and lasagna fit the bill perfectly.
So very versatile, I've used these sauces to top
pasta, homemade pizzas using toasted bread, basil oil drizzled
on tomatoes and tomato sauce
over fresh mozzarella.
And this yummy sauce begs to be served
over pasta, but if you decide to serve it with say, roasted asparagus
on the side, it will look even more elegant and fancy.
My favourite way to serve this up is
on a bed of brown rice and quinoa (I do a 50 - 50 mix, soaked overnight then cooked in organic vegetable stock), but you could even serve this
over some wholewheat
pasta, or cold
on top of salad greens.
Lay steaks
on top of
pasta with kale and spoon remaining marinade
over the top.
On Sundays, my mom spent most of her day slaving away
over the stove making homemade sauce, meatballs, sausages and / or braciole to serve
over one gigantic bowl of
pasta that our family shared at our meal.
Incorporate
pasta with kale mixture for a minute or two,
over low flame and sprinkle fontina cheese
on top.
Cashew cheese is great as a «melted cheese» substitute, but for something to spread
on crackers or sprinkle
over zucchini
pasta?
I've already thuoght of 3 ways to eat it:
over farfalle
pasta, rolled up in a paillard of chicken breast, and as a crostini topping with some good canned tuna and maybe a slice of heirloom tomato from the garden
on the no knead bread I make!
Try this saucy beef recipe
over pasta, rice, or potatoes, or
on top of crusty Italian whole - grain bread slices for open - faced sandwiches.
The finished dish is great
on its own or served
over pasta or
on a hero roll.
I heat it all back up, squeeze 1/2 a lime
over it and serve
over GF
pasta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil drizzled
on it and top with fresh grated parmesean cheese.
It is also not as good
over rice... best
on PASTA.)
