For the
broccoli, in either a steamer basket
over a boiling pot of water or in a microwave - safe bowl, steam the
broccoli for 5 minutes, or until the
stems are easily pierced with a fork.
Cook, covered
over medium heat for 40 minutes, or until
broccoli and
stems are very tender.
Place a couple of
broccoli stems on each one, then sit a salmon fillet on top and scatter
over the ginger.
