over the top in a delicate lace pattern.
If you still have
cheesecake left
over just wrap it with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge.
I
just added some of the left
over graham cracker crust and filling to a couple ramekins and made two mini

If making a full
cheesecake, spread your cookie dough mixture out
over the base of your
cheesecake tin, pushing the dough
just lightly up on the sides of the tin.
If you
just pour it
over the
cheesecake layer, you run the risk of it sinking through the
cheesecake rather than forming a distinct layer on top.
Alternatively, you can pour the filling onto the back of a large spoon that is hovering
just over the
cheesecake layer, moving it around so that you fill in any bald spots.
And
just because I couldn't help myself, as usual, I drizzled some chocolate
over my
cheesecake bites, and as if that wasn't enough, I drizzled some caramel sauce on top of them as well.
Carefully spoon the pumpkin mixture

cheesecake and bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes until
just set.
