I made these with left
over cooked quinoa.
Serve
over cooked quinoa, rice noodles, or brown rice, garnished with cilantro & enjoy.
Pour the chickpea mix
over the cooked quinoa, throw in the parsley and the two tablespoons of breadcrumbs and stir well.
You can also serve
this over cooked quinoa or just eat it as is.
Serve broccoli
over the cooked quinoa and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast to taste.

cooking 1 part
quinoa to 2 parts water or following the instructions on the packet so that you don't
over cook it x
I love them raw sliced
over mashed avocado on toast, chopped into
quinoa and pasta bowls,
cooked down into soups and pureed into sauces.
Great served
over cooked basmati rice, naan or
Quinoa.
Pour half the dressing
over the hot

First,
cook your
quinoa: Add
quinoa and water to a medium pot and place
over high heat; bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat to low and
cook for 15 minutes.
Cover and
cook over low heat until all of the water has evaporated and the

over the filling!

cooking heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large skillet
over medium high heat.
My favourite way to serve this up is on a bed of brown rice and
quinoa (I do a 50 - 50 mix, soaked overnight then
cooked in organic vegetable stock), but you could even serve this
over some wholewheat pasta, or cold on top of salad greens.
Serve
over or alongside
cooked brown black forbidden rice,
quinoa, or barley.

Bring the
quinoa and water or broth to a simmer
over a medium heat Cover, and let it

over low heat, and the
cooked quinoa can be steamed.
In a large skillet,

I saw such a huge difference in
cooking them in broth
over water that I will always make my
quinoa this way.
To
cook quinoa: Place a teaspoon of olive oil in a saucepan
over medium low heat and add ⅙ cup of dry
quinoa, stir until dry
quinoa is slightly toasted ~ 1 minute
While the
quinoa is
cooking, toast the chopped almonds in a small non-stick pan set
over medium heat until they're slightly golden and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Turn this into a savory breakfast porridge by
cooking the
quinoa in 3 cups of vegetable broth versus 2 and / or drizzling warm coconut milk
over the
quinoa just before serving.
Cook a serving of
quinoa for 20 minutes
