Spread the cream cheese evenly
over the dough square.
Drain the raisins well, if you are soaking them in orange juice, and sprinkle this, as well as the chilled and grated marzipan,
over the dough square.

square of foil directly on
dough over bottom and up sides of each pan.

dough, or even layer with lunch meat and onion, roll the
dough and slice for rolls.
Scatter the surface evenly with the remaining cheese and fold the
dough's outer ends
over into the centre in thirds to envelope the cheese and form a
square.
