Rub the Coffee - Chipotle rub all
over the pork roast.
Stir together applesauce, maple syrup or honey, vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, sage and red pepper flakes and pour
over the pork roast in the slow cooker.

Roasted Pork Chops is a simple, completely delicious recipe that you can enjoy as a weeknight dinner, or fancy enough to serve to friends
over the weekend.
Half way through turn the
pork roast over (if you're around).
Pour this mixture
over the meat in the
roasting pan making sure that all the
pork slices are covered in sauce.
I prepared the recipe from Epicurious.com and found it to be so versitile that I've used it in stews, as a rub on
pork roasts, and sprinkled
over steamed &
roasted vegetables!
After 4 hours, remove
pork from oven and pour 1/2 the honey mustard
over the
roast.
Add the
pork roast to a slow cooker and pour the remaining marinade
over the top.
My whole family loves this dish and I sometimes prepare two at a time so there are lots of left
overs — even as a yummy
roast pork sandwich on a crusty roll with a chutney sauce.
Enjoy
over poultry,
roasted pork, fish, shrimp or grilled vegetables with a bed of rice.

I know that is immediately what I think of when I think of
Roasted Pork Tenderloin
over Sweet Potatoes — BUT this is not your grandmother's
Roasted Pork and Sweet Potatoes!
I bet when you read the title of this recipe, you were thinking this was going to be a traditional
pork roast over mashed sweet potatoes.
The sweet and sour cranberry sauce for this holiday - ready side does double duty: it looks gorgeous (and tastes great) drizzled
over roasted delicata squash and sweet potatoes, but it's also an excellent condiment for turkey, beef,
pork, or lamb.
I wanted to be all authentico with thin slices of
pork shoulder stacked gyro - style on a rotisserie and slowly
roasted until the outside is deliciously crisp and the inside is succulent but I have neither the equipment or the patience for that so I made a more güerita - friendly version with thinly pounded boneless
pork chops that I coated in a chile and pineapple marinade and grilled
over hot charcoal.
Brush vinegar mixture
over bacon slices and continue to
roast pork until thermometer registers 150 °F, about 10 minutes more.
Turn the ribs
over, baste with the glaze and
roast for a further 15 minutes or until the
pork is tender and the glaze is reduced.
Don't
over cook the

Of course, you can just
roast a chunk of
pork loin and spoon tapenade
over it, but when you stuff the tapenade inside the
roast, it will look all swirled and magical when sliced.
We brush a sweet - and - sour glaze
over pork tenderloin, and then reapply it every five minutes to build layers of flavor as it
roasts rather than before.
Spread half of the garlic mixture
over 1 side of the
pork and between the 2 loins that meet in the center of the tied
pork roast.
