@Christian Laines I would recommend staying away from yellow letters you can create a handwritten letter that will grab the prospect attention just as easily and they stick out more than yellow letters because yellow letters are so over used.

Your Yellow Letter, if using blue (YUCK), don't use a sharpie and drop the envelope style... and use regular stamps... Youre over thinking it way too much.

It's time to stop drooling over all of these people that stand up at events and give yellow letters all of the credit for making them so successful in attracting motivated sellers and closing high profit transactions.
