White, whose proposal to count academic gains at 25 percent is part of
an overall draft proposal, noted that even in D - rated schools, up to 66 percent of struggling students exceeded academic growth targets during the 2015 - 16 school year.

proposals and security for Aboriginal peoples» cultural heritage and values must be equally respected within the
