I had a lot of fun with the game mainly for the characters that I was familiar with, but I couldn't get past the feeling that
the overall fighting engine seems too shallow for my taste.
The overall fighting engine for SFV is quite good and the overall feel of the game is unique enough to make a great next installment in the Street Fighter series, but the game just feels incomplete overall.
Not exact matches
In terms of
overall value it's facing tough competition from rival games such as Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator and The King of Fighters XIV which both come packed to the gills with playable fighters and additional content from day one, but Street Fighter V still has a solid
fighting engine and is continually, if slowly, expanding its offerings as it matures.
BMW, Mercedes - Benz, Ferrari, Porsche and Audi are chronologically those with wins on the board so far and while they reflect differing
engine / drive train configurations, all will be
fighting for class as well as
overall honours.
Added to the
overall axle / gear whine and ambient
engine scream, there was the incessant
fighting with my two younger sisters, which culminated in a hotel parking lot in Montreux, Switzerland.
