I'm trying to cope with greek
yogurt + fresh fruit ice cream that we make in a blender or a small amount of granola with unsweetened
almond milk.
To the 2/3 cups
almond milk I used in place of
yogurt, I added 2 tsp apple cider vinegar for a «
yogurt» - like quality.
I imagine these would still work but I tend to avoid 0 %
yogurts as they often contain a lot of added sugars, and many
almond milk brands like this will contain additives and preservatives.
Sometimes I eat it right out of the jar as a replacement for granola, other times I stir it up with some unsweetened
almond milk and eat it like oatmeal, and other times I add it to the top of some coconut
