Hi Ella, I've just had this for
breakfast today for the first time (I added fresh raspberries, toasted coconut flakes & a spoonful of
granola for crunch); very moreish & decadent!!!! Next time I would use less chia sedes (maybe just 1 teasp) as I feel overfull (I can almost feel them expanding in my tum!!!)

Granola is one of my favorite foods to eat, whether it is for
breakfast, a hiking snack, a crunchy side with my lunch, a simple snack in the middle of the day or at church when I need a little snack for church.:)
Dried strawberries are wonderful for snacking on their own, or delicious in
breakfast (oatmeal or
granola) dishes or desserts.
I mix ground flax seeds into my steel cut oats for
breakfast, I use whole and ground flax seeds in my homemade
granola, and I usually use a couple of tablespoons in my baked goods — in addition to the health benefits I find they add a pleasant texture to muffins and quickbreads.
