Calzone.
With a changing menu, there's always something new try at Old Chicago, a Windy City - inspired restaurant chain that serves everything from meat - stuffed
calzones to «Oh My Spaghetti Pie,» a pie - shaped portion of pasta tossed in Alfredo sauce and baked with Italian cheeses.
«We found out pretty quickly we couldn't sell our homemade
calzones unless they had been prepared in a facility inspected by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
We bought one, and Madeline rolled out the first 3,000
calzones by hand.
Being a fan of Italian food,
