In a food processor, blend the macadamia nuts and

So, in the end I used cow milk, organic quick oats, banana,

The frosting is the perfect complement with
coconut butter!
I can't guarantee success since I haven't tried it myself, but you could add 1/2 cup nut or seed butter of your choice and 1/4 cup cacao butter in place of
the coconut butter.
You simply need
coconut butter to help the cookies harden, or otherwise, they'll just melt and fall apart.
