the dry cake mix, 2 eggs, and oil.
Their suggestion was to use a boxed cake mix, but I made my own
dry cake mix and was happy with how it turned out.

I've started off with a basic recipe since carrot
cake is truly easy to make and the required steps resemble those involved in making a sweet bread in that the wet ingredients get

mixing the batter too much and I checked it at 25 minutes instead of 35 and it came out moist and VERY flavorful.
