You could try
oat flour instead of walnuts and tahini instead of cashew butter, but I have never tried it with those ingredients so can't guarantee it will turn out quite the same x

I subbed
oat flour and added cinnamon and spread them pretty thin and they baked magnificently (25 mins for half batch at 365 F).
I use dairy free milk such as cashew milk, almond milk or
oat milk.
Add almond flour and
oat flour (you can make
oat flour from rolled oats by simply blending them in a food processor or grinding them in a mortle and pester), cacao powder, baking powder and salt and pulse until everything is mixed.

I saved the food processor step by using 100g of packaged
oat flour and had no problems with the substitution.
Grind the rolled oats into a flour in a blender, food processor or coffee grinder (use
oat flour if you have it) and pour it into a large bowl.
It was still tasty, but kind of like dry
oat bars (like those Nature Valley ones we get in the US).
I haven't tried it without almond myself, but you could try replacing them with
oat flour.
