with oxiclean if needed, but i have felt really good about the laundry soap's ability to get out stains and get things clean.
One method that works well for prefolds is to place them in a pot of boiling water with a bit
of Oxiclean.
I have used Baby
Oxiclean in the pre-rinse and in the regular wash.
One complaint: according to their website, you can
use oxiclean on occasion with these.
A simple soak in hot water might do the trick or a laundry aid
like Oxiclean may help fight residue and stains.
Even oxiclean can be harsh on cotton fabric, but I would prefer to use that if needed over bleach.
For old urine stains, Housewife How - Tos recommends: «If the stain persists, wait until the area is dry then whisk together 3 tablespoons dry laundry detergent powder (
NOT Oxiclean or anything containing oxygenated bleach) and 1 tablespoon water to make a dry foam.
Fill it with your normal amount of detergent and a hefty scoop
of oxiclean (or whatever detergent booster you prefer).
Those strong ingredients are found in products
like Oxiclean or oxygen bleach.
I've tried the sun and it just didn't remove stains fully so I'm currently
using oxiclean.
If your skin is really sensitive I wouldn't add
the oxiclean, but other than that these are all - natural ingredients so I think you should be okay!
I've been using a slightly different recipe, with
no oxiclean or baking soda.
I usually double the recipe and use half the scoop that came with
my Oxiclean instead of measuring the 1 - 3 tbsp.
It is OK to use bleach or
Oxiclean, but I only recommend using it on CLEAN diapers - not adding it into your normal wash routine.
Oxiclean - I have seen this recommended by different cloth diaper users.
Oxiclean is oxygen bleach and sanitizes as well as deodorizes diapers.
Read the directions on
the Oxiclean packaging and follow them if you use that.
Rumparooz says no to
Oxiclean, GroVia yells: «OXYCLEAN IS NOT GOING TO «KILL» ANY DIAPER.
I don't have
oxiclean — but I have used a store brand (Publix) non-chlorine bleach and EcoStoreUSAs whitener.
I wanted to try
this Oxiclean out and give it a little test trial.

This time, I decided to try give one more product a try -

I had the love seat from Ikea and loved it, just throw the slipcovers in washing machine with Tide and
Oxiclean.
I love love love my homemade laundry detergent the only thing I added to yours was 1 bucket of
oxiclean and 2 containers of unstoppables any scent I love the purple one.
Silly question, but do you put the tide detergent, the pre-stain clorox and
the oxiclean in the detergent dispenser at the same time?
Then I put
the oxiclean powder in the actual drum with the clothes.
