She received her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder and did her Ph.D. work at Colorado School of Mines focusing on in - depth experimental and modeling studies on high temperature pyrolysis of hydrocarbons and the effects of temperature and
fuel structure on conversion, hydrogen production, reactivity, and deposit formation
under solid
oxide fuel cell operating conditions.
The new projects were selected
under funding opportunity announcement DE-FOA-000 1735, Solid
