We ate Mexican at Hacienda Las Palomas (Senador Long 644) near Shopping Mariscal Lopez; vegetarian
paella at Spanish restaurant Taberna Española (Ayolas 631); a range of empanadas, sandwiches and salads at Bolsi (Estrella y Juan Batista Alberdi), and really good ice - cream at Heladería 4D (Avenida San Martin y Andrade).
Rather than stay there for food, we walked to London Bridge station, and opted for
paella at Cafe Brood, a cafe I've passed several times during this challenge.
Since we've been having tapas for our previous meals, I was delighted to find
paella at the restaurant and ordered that for dinner.

The Paella at Julian Serrano is cooked in the traditional method taking about 45 minutes, but it's worth the wait.

At this point all of the ingredients were in the
paella pan and it was put in the oven to bake, uncovered, until the rice was tender, about 20 to 40 minutes.
