the pain of wearing heels.

of foot motion, and may perpetuate
heel pain and inflammation.
I have boxes
of heels that I can't
wear now as I have fibromyalgia and they leave me in so much
pain.
I'm also intrigued by the SOS foot petals, which are supposed to save the balls
of your feet from
pain when you
wear high
heels.
I think it may be life changing for me (I kind
of hate
wearing heels for the pure reason
of pain).

of ankle strap leather sandals for a wedding last summer, I've realized it's possible to

of after - care when you
wear your highest
heels and the various exercises to alleviate the
pain to both your calves and feet.
Foot
pain can occur no matter what type
of shoe you are
wearing, so don't worry, if you're not
wearing heels you can still use Sole Serum.
I couldn't imagine
wearing 3 - 4 inches
heels years back but then again, with the comfy platforms in the front
of many
heels nowadays, it's a big life saver from sole -
pain (most
of the time anyway).

of uncomfortable boots [I'd
wear heels if I wanted to be in
