So, while I won't bore you with my somewhat irrational reasoning behind
painting the cabinets again, I will fill you in on our marble now that it's been several months since it was installed.

But of course, the bottom
cabinet had to match the top, so I used the putty knife
again scrape away layers of
paint in the grooves and edges.
I'm thinking of having my new base
cabinets painted navy, but I know I won't love it forever and will want to

Since paying a professional to
paint kitchen
cabinets the right way is simply not cheap (and I was not interested in doing it myself
again this time), a huge sale on doors that actually fit our
cabinets was such a blessing!
I'm inspired yet
again — why not keep the vanity
cabinets and replace the countertop (stock size so should be easy) and then coordinate the two pieces with a coat of
paint — I'll have my own custom and one - of - a-kind vanity.
But MOST IMPORTANTLY, I will likely NEVER change out the
cabinets again in my lifetime from whatever I
paint them.

cabinets black and decided to put them back on

cabinets, kidding, but I'm so thrilled with the results which I have mentioned over and over
again.

On my computer the
painted cabinets look like a dark charcoal (which doesn't do anything for me), but you said «teal» and I love that color & that jewel tone does go much better with the whole Moroccan feel... plus, yay on the butcher block counters which
again warms it up & balances out the b / w (thank goodness they didn't put in freaky granite that would've been a major needle record screech).
Since then, he has never
again protested when I
paint some wood, either
cabinets, trimwork, doors, or furniture.
