You shouldn't have a yellowing issue with either of those products, however I know if you

piece that's prone to bleeding and didn't prime it first, the sealer can occasionally (rarely) draw out the
wood tannins and make it look a bit yellow.
Carnauba is a VERY hard wax so you have to use a lower percentage than the other two but let me tell you that my wax lasts a very LONG time on my

wood or upholstery (I do apply the wax over fabric).

Yes it is true that you do not have to sand a
piece prior to chalk
painting, but that means not taking it down to the bare
wood.

And just to reiterate this - when you have a

wood - keep in mind — that when you
paint - the color can appear differently.
