Malcolm Morley at the Ashmolean includes approximately thirty
paintings and drawings dating from 1964 to the present, from the collection of Andy and Christine Hall, English collectors who are now residents and citizens of the United States.

drawing, but it may just as easily be considered as a formal addition to the
painting much in the way that Robert Ryman has continued in his work of 1996 to incorporate the
date into his own seemingly minimalist, abstract
paintings.
