pair of black flat shoes!

For the
shoes, you can add a
pair or two in the same base color, navy or
black, add a nude neutral
pair of heels or
flats, add a casual
pair, like sneakers, add boots or sandals.
Well, I decided to take the pewter
pair out for a spin; I love how they look with
black and burgundy, and I decided that I don't need every single
pair of shoes to match every other item in my closet (I already have red
flats and green
flats that definitely don't match everything).
But you don't want to feel like you lack
shoes either — I usually take one
pair of classic
black patent heels (maybe a second
pair if I am going somewhere dressy like New York or Paris), a
pair of ballet
flats, ankle boots, a
pair of comfortable
shoes like converse or plimsols and a
pair of gladiator sandals.
Whereas number 1 (Grey 3/4 Sleeve Bodycon Midi Dress) would
pair great with any
black pair of shoes, whether it be high heels, low heels, mid heels or even green heels and
of course
flats (NO CROCS ALLOWED).
As well as my sturdy walking
shoes I found a little
pair of black ballet
flats to be very useful around hotels.
We'd wear it with a
black pencil skirt, a long opera - length necklace, and perhaps a
pair of flats with just a bit
of a point to the toe — maybe in a color, otherwise just a
black or skin - toned
shoe.
A
pair of high waisted jeans with a
black leather jacket, bag, belt and
shoes was the most
flattering combination in my opinion.
The fanciest
pair of shoes I packed were
black leather
flats, which I only wore to a couple dinners and nights on the town with friends in Boulder and Denver.
I have a
pair of black flats with a buckle that look similar to the
shoes you are wearing and I'm worried they are going to start falling apart soon.
When I saw this
pair of black and tan
shoes at Zara I instantly thought
of the Chanel cap - toe
flats.
I also realized that I somehow have a major void in my
shoe selection and somehow don't have a single
pair of plain
flat black booties.
So I try to buy good quality
shoes in neutral colors that will last a long time — basically, I have brown and
black of each type
of shoe I regularly wear, plus one
pair of grey boots, some silver
flat gladiator sandals, and the
shoes I wore for my wedding.
The
black velvet skirt goes well with a white lace shirt and a
pair of leopard printed
flat shoes.
