Firstly, if your of a petite nature,
pale colours tend to visually add bulk which means if your not in your normal gym - enhanced shape, then the few extra pounds you may be carrying will be a lot more noticeable than they would be on a taller lady in the same colour.

You can use any honey for this recipe, I
tend to buy raw creamed British honey which is quite thick and
pale coloured.
