Making big changes to your

So, let's say you start shifting your
diet back to up to a
Paleo template or an
autoimmune template and you're not getting better, that's probably why.
The

autoimmune diet, again, I'm just kinda laying out the
Paleo template to start coz that's probably the easiest buy in without pre qualifying anyone.

diet is 25 % crap Ola and let's say you're eating 2000 calories a day and then we switch you over — we switch you over to a uh —

Paleo template, but you're only able to — to — to switch over 75 % of your
diet because you don't — you don't have enough you — you can't replace all the crap that you're eating with the good stuff, right?
Regardless of what
paleo and
autoimmune paleo seems like, meat should not the base of your
diet.

Basically, with the exception of liver and pork, most of the foods that contain thiamine are restricted on the
Paleo diet, and all of them are restricted on the
Autoimmune Paleo diet!
