Though I agree with much of what Dr Greger says in many of his articles, this whole
paleo diet thing seems to speak for itself.
I love wine and while we can talk about the health benefits of resveratrol in red grapes, the truth is you need to drink gallons of the stuff to get the resveratrol effect, which then cancels out the whole healthy
paleo diet thing.

When you hear the words «
Paleo Diet» you would tend to think the same
thing you have about every other
