My husband
and I recently started on the
Paleo diet and a new
workout routine to shake things up.
For best results, use in conjuction with the
paleo diet and crossfit (
workout program).
My end goal
diet is a modern
Paleo most of the time (no processed foods — mostly meat, veggies, fruit,
and so forth but maybe some things not strictly
Paleo), eating IF style, with post
workout nutrition always in check.
IFing
and an extremely low carb
paleo diet (Broccoli became a carb, I would only eat it post
workout) led to binge / purging, insomnia
and waking up half asleep to eat.

That being said, there are aspects of CrossFit that I opt out of, namely the
Paleo diet, which I consider too meat - centric,
and the inevitable consumerism that has everyone buying the same brand of
workout gear.
