food, when you make it according to the

For me, eating
Paleo is only eating treats like this as a small part of my
food.
When on
paleo or any other low carb diet, it is better to have the
food protein rich because it makes you feel full and reduces all those cravings
for carbs.
But if you're doing
Paleo for weight loss or as an athlete, you'll want to stick to the canon as much as possible and only eat off of the approved
foods list, which doesn't contain legumes.
