Add tomato sauce to
pan around peppers; cover each pepper with 1/2 slice Monterey Jack.
If there is leftover mixture simply add it to
the pan around the peppers.

pan, add 2 1/2 cups of fish broth and the saffron, gently mix everything together
You'll season the chicken with salt and
pepper, lay the chicken out in a roasting
pan, then toss some potatoes (and whatever other veggies you have hanging out in the fridge) with melted butter
around the chicken.
Once your onions are brown, add the pumpkin and steamed kale into the
pan (squeeze excess water out of the kale first), and toss
around with a little salt and
pepper to taste.

around the broccoli and red
pepper rings in roasting
pan.
