recipe, either by using two cast iron skillets or a roasting
pan that will hold two racks of
lamb.
Since I don't have a
lamb shaped cake
pan, I decided to pay homage to that cake by preparing a similar
recipe in cupcake form — sans eggs and dairy, and complete with naturally colored coconut sprinkles.
