Do not «scrub» or press really
hard, just gently rub the eraser
on the
surface of the
pan to remove stains and do not use any soap.
Nonstick
pans are great for beginner cooks, because nothing sticks (duh...), but it's
hard to get a sear or any crispiness
on that
surface, so we mostly use them for eggs, crepes, and hashes.
