Today is one of those days because I get to tell to
cook up a really fun fruity
pancake pizza AND get the kids involved in
cooking.
These perfect buttermilk sourdough
pancakes are mixed
up the night before and ready to be
cooked in the morning for a lazy weekend breakfast.
I like to keep a warm plate in the oven at a low temperature with my already baked
pancakes whilst I
cook up the others.
My newest food for Noelle are quinoa patties /
pancakes -
cooked quinoa mixed with some eggs, with or without diced veggies, then fried
up like
pancakes with a little coconut oil.
When bubbles pop
up along the sides of the
pancakes and the batter loses its sheen, gently flip and allow to
cook for 3 - 4 more minutes.
