pancakes.
We make a bunch of waffles and
pancakes on the weekend and freeze the leftovers
for easy
breakfasts during the week.

On this special day, I would love to have these

Here is what I planned
for our lunches and
breakfasts when we went camping in Yellowstone in 2006 (lots of eggs and
pancakes, except
for gluten free cereal
on the days we needed to break camp early).
It is funny to me how something as simple as making a big batch of
pancakes, flash freezing them in the freezer, and then heating them up
for a hot
breakfast for the kids
on a busy school morning makes me feel like I could at least have part of the «supermom» cape.
Or, make up a big batch of quinoa
pancakes and keep them in the freezer
for an easy
breakfast on busy mornings.
At any rate, it is an awesome fruity side
for dishes that pair well with that sort of thing, and while I haven't yet tried it
on ice cream
for dessert, or
on waffles or
pancakes at
breakfast, I'm quite confident it would be great in that role as well.
I'm planning
on making your

for my little's boy's 2nd birthday this week and have it
for breakfast (Might use greek yoghurt instead of cream!).

I think one of the reasons I do not like
breakfast for dinner is because I don't really have a sweet tooth, so the thought of eating a
